Exporting a catalog to Tilda

Generate a ready-to-import CSV for creating or updating a Tilda Product Catalog.

Prepare the catalog

Only active Products with active Variants are exported. Every Variant needs an SKU, a retail price in the selected currency, and at least one published image. A category and characteristics are recommended because they are included in the Tilda card and Variant definition.

Generate the file

  1. Open Export / Import → Export and create a profile.
  2. Select Tilda CSV and the currency configured for the Tilda catalog.
  3. Choose availability behavior. From warehouse stock sends the exact quantity; All products available leaves quantity unlimited.
  4. Include Variant characteristics when they should become selectable Tilda editions.
  5. Run the export, review exported and skipped counts, and download the completed CSV.

The file already uses Tilda headers, UTF-8, and the ; delimiter. A Product with one Variant occupies one row. Only a Product with multiple Variants gets a separate parent row followed by Variant rows.

Import into Tilda

In the Tilda Product Catalog, choose CSV import and upload the downloaded file. Allow new products for the first import. During field mapping, check the standard fields and explicitly map Editions to Variants, External ID to the external identifier, and Parent UID to the parent identifier. These three fields are essential for Products with multiple Variants; if they are ignored, Tilda can create the parent row and Variant rows as separate duplicates.

Sklads sends a stable simple-Product identifier through External ID. Multi-Variant Products also carry stable Variant identifiers and their relationship through Parent UID, so correctly mapped later files can update the same catalog.

Before publishing, inspect several cards for price, quantity, images, category, and selectable Variants.

If any entries were skipped, open the latest export run in Sklads to see the grouped reason.
