Sklads.com helps you manage products, variants, prices, images, and inventory movement history in one place. The system is also evolving toward practical data exports for advertising platforms and external services, including YML product feeds and JSON exports of individual objects.

Where to start

If this is your first time in Sklads, complete these two steps:

1. Create your first product.
2. Set its initial stock.

Then read how a product differs from a variant. This is the central catalog concept: a product represents the model, while a variant represents a specific sellable item.

How the guides are organized

• Products explains the catalog structure and identifier rules.
• Help covers common problems and how to contact support.

The Sklads interface evolves with customer feedback. The guides focus on action names and expected outcomes, so small layout changes do not make the instructions unusable.

Page statuses

The “Reviewed” label means that the flow has been checked in the current system. “Feature evolving” warns that an available flow may still change noticeably.
